Home… no dic que seguint els 10 passos arribarem al èxit de forma segura… però de vegades hi ha evidències que se’ns passen per alt, i alguns consells poden anar bé.

Per exemple: No planificar al detall totes les tasques des de l’inici fins al final de projecte, perquè ens equivocarem de manera irremediable i haurem d’invertir una inmensitat de temps en correccions i re-correccions…

Llavors, per mi -i de fet ho he llegit, i un cop llegit sembla obvi- el millor és planificar pels propers quinze dies, o el proper més com a molt. Això sí, tenint unes línies generals de quan comença i quan acaba una fase, per exemple la de desenvolupament, i control·lant l’avenç que portem respecte l’avenç suposat…

que t’he d’explicar si ja ho saps jejeje

The diagrame is done with Visual Studio (I think express editions does not have this functionality). With professional edition is as simple as add a new file, diagram, and drag and drop the project classes to the diagram.
